I bought a pair of Silver Hunter rain boots 6 years ago, before I knew what Hunter was! They were at a consignment store and I loved the color! I wore them to death in college & ended up throwing them away. Since graduating I always wanted another pair but I can't wear them to work and felt like it was a waste of money. Well, I finally caved and bought them & I've worn them everyday for the past 4 days! I am also really pleased with the color. I couldn't decide if I wanted shiny red or matte red & I'm really loving the matte! I was at the J. Crew Factory the other day and found this skirt in the clearance section for $20! It also comes in a few other patterns that I linked! The pattern is perfect for this time of year! Thanks for stopping by, see you tomorrow!
This dress would make a perfect holiday party look by dressing it up, or you could wear it Christmas day by dressing it down. I of course, chose to dress it up! I love how vibrant the color is, and you can't beat the price tag (its on sale right now). This coat pretty much speaks for itself & I love it! In my mind leopard is a neutral, it goes with anything and everything! Just by adding this coat my look became so put together! If you don't have a printed coat I suggest you get one ASAP, you won't regret it! I also layered a few necklaces to look more festive, I really like how it turned out. I might have to do it all the time ;).
I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you that take your time to read Tassels & Tabbies everyday. I was so nervous 6 months ago to start this adventure and now I couldn't imagine life without this little website. This has been one of the greatest decisions of my life & I truly appreciate each and every one of you!
What are you thankful for?
I am incredibly thankful that two of my biggest supports are my parents! They are the most selfless people I've ever met & I wouldn't be here today without them! I love you mom & dad!! I am thankful to have a roof over my head, a loving family, a warm bed to sleep in every night and food to fill my belly, oh and coffee too! I am always so thankful to live in this amazing free country! Robert, if you are reading this I'm thankful you listen to me talking about clothes, photoshop & I Movie on all our dates. I love you! I love the Anastasia Contour Kit! I only use three shades in it, but I have "hit pan" on all of them! This would be a great gift for any beauty lover!
The Beauty Blender would make a great stocking stuffer gift for all beauty lovers. I don't know how I put on my foundation before I had one! They're that great. I have turned my mom, and three of my friends on to them! Another item I am crazy about is Revitalash! I used this last year and my eyelashes looked better then ever! This would be a perfect gift for any woman. Who doesn't love long lashes?! I have a few Sigma Brushes and they work so well! I think this gift set would make a perfect gift for someone just starting out, or someone that wants to add to their collection! Also, the sigma brush cleaner is so neat. I am horrible about cleaning my makeup brushes but this does the job quick! Items I would love to try: I need a new hair dryer so badly. I always go look at them and realize what other great things I could have instead of a blow dryer lol! This year, this Dry Bar dryer is on my list! I have heard lots of great things about their products! If the woman you are shopping for has a nice blow dryer, get her this curling wand set! I was in Nordstrom the other day and I swatched this NARS palette. It was absoultly beautiful. I wish that I had bought it then. I love how it can be used as a blush/highlighter or as eye shadows! I have wanted to try the St Tropez self tanners since the beginning of time! I always turn orange when I self tan so I've been hesitant. I've talked to many people that say this one doesn't turn them orange, so it's on my list! I am a perfume connoisseur.. okay not really, but I do love perfume! I smelled this YSL perfume the other day after hearing lots of people rave about it & it smells AMAZING! I need it in my life! Hope you enjoyed this gift guide! I bought this dress on a whim a few weeks back. It was 15$ and looked so cute on the model! I was very pleased when I tried it on at home. I recently discovered this online retailer called Romwe! I was browsing through their site and discovered how great some of their outwear is and its sooo reasonable!
My favorite piece out of them all is the pink coat.. Isn't it soo adorable!! If you don't want a bright colored coat it also comes in a cream color!
I also love the detailing on this jacket & you can't beat the price!

You might be wondering, why is this girl wearing a fur vest with shorts?! Well, I live in Katy, TX where it is November 18 and it is still 80 degrees out! I am craving winter weather sooo badly.. So I decided to pair one of my favorite fur vests with some nude suede shorts! It was the perfect combo. My fur vest was a purchase from last year so it isn't available :(..
