This dress is so perfect!! 

I love shift dresses especially ones with lace up detail. I know what you are thinking Charlotte Russe?! I honestly forgot they even existed! I randomly walked by there the other day and this dress was on a mannequin and it was like love at first sight! They have it in a bunch of other colors as well that are more fall appropriate but I love me some white !!!

A WEEKEND IN NEW ORLEANS

This shirt is probably the most worn item in my closet. It's the comfiest thing EVER! I wore this while exploring New Orleans this past weekend.. It was a perfect for sight seeing!

Below are some pictures from our trip this past weekend. We had a blast and can't wait to go back! My all time favorite place in nola is Cafe Du Monde obviously. 

We did the normal touristy things during the day (Jackson Square, The Market, Walking down the Mississippi River & window shopping.) However, we did try out a new restaurant called Royal House, it was absoulutly delish...if you are headed that way soon check it out!

1.) These Zara tanks are my favorite thing ever...and I mean ever!! I have almost every color available and find myself pairing them with skirts, shorts, jeans, etc. They are very affordable and are a great basic to have!

2.) I have this J. Crew skirt in two colors and I can't tell you how many times I've been stopped and asked where I purchased it. While checking the J. Crew website, I found this skirt is now available in fall-ish colors. ( I might have already ordered the orchid color)

3.) THESE SHOES... They are on super sale and way too cute to pass up! They are also available in black!

I love anything off the shoulder, however my mom hates strongly dislikes them. I will try them on, go ask her for her opinion, and it's almost always a "no". Thankfully when I got this top in the mail she liked it just as much as I did! Its from an online overseas retailer called SheInside. I've ordered a few things from there and 95% of the time the clothes look just like they did on the model. Only downside is they take about 10 business days to deliver. Sigh... I have a feeling that the shade dusty rose is going to be huge this upcoming fall season. Fall is my favorite time of year and my favorite season to dress for. When I saw this skirt at J Crew I knew it was going home with me, the options are endless with what you can pair it with. I can't wait to style this skirt with a sweater or a chambray top come fall.
